| Steve took this nice photo of a Great Gray Owl in the early morning in Yosemite on April 20, 2005. This is a terrific bird to find in the morning in Yosemite. Many, many people go to Yosemite in hopes of finding this owl, few get the rare oportunity to see this bird, and even fewer find it in the day light. The Yosemite area is the only place in the Sierra mountains where Great Gray owl can be found. |
